Peanuts are one of the most popular foods in the world and with good reason. They?re nutritious and inexpensive, tasty and versatile. The many food derivatives of peanuts are easy to store and transport. They?re also very healthy. Many people are surprised to learn about the nutrients in peanuts. Studies show that peanuts are full of proteins to fuel students and athletes. They also have health benefits like lowering blood pressure and promoting artery health.

Where are peanuts grown?
Peanuts originated in South America but are now grown around the world. Each year, about 29 million metric tons of peanuts are produced around the world. It?s also really quick and easy to make. All you need is one banana, a half cup of plain Greek yogurt, one-fourth cup of skim milk and one tablespoon creamy peanut butter. A touch of honey and vanilla extract add an extra taste, but they are optional.
The preparation is simple: just toss all ingredients into the blender along with three ice cubes and blend on high for a minute or two. Some people prefer their smoothies really smooth, while others relish the taste of tiny chunks of banana. Whichever you prefer, just drink up and go. You?ve got the energy to get you through your day.
