With cuisine from south of the boarder becoming so popular in the United States it is no wonder that many of us have started to create our own inspired dishes. One mainstay of any of these dishes in my opinion, is guacamole. If you love guacamole as much as I do, here are some recipes with guacamole that you may enjoy.
Let’s start with a simple spicy guacamole dip. This is one of my favorite recipes with guacamole. It is fairly straightforward, but in my opinion, one of the classic guacamole recipes. All you need to do is make some zesty salsa that has a bit of a kick to it. Next, cook up some refried beans and your own guacamole. Everyone makes this differently. What you will do is, in a baking dish, layer the refried beans, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for roughly 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, grab a bag of your favorite tortilla chips, dip, and enjoy!
Beyond an assortment of fresh guacamole dips, other recipes using guacamole include taco salads, nachos, loaded tacos, and burritos. Realistically, recipes with guacamole are not hard to come by if you love adding guacamole to your meals.
