Real peanut butter and other peanut products are hugely popular all throughout the United States, and for good reason. Not only do real peanut and other peanut products have a number of health benefits, they taste delicious and can be used for a wide variety of purposes. In fact, real peanut butter is so well loved and versatile that as many as ninety percent of households in the United States alone have at least one jar of peanut butter in their homes at all times and the average person anywhere in the United States eats as much as six pounds of real peanut butter and other peanut products every single year. As the peanut institute in the United States will be quick to tell you, peanuts are by far one of the healthiest nuts that you can consume. From peanut protein to peanut vitamins, there are many reasons why peanut recipes often add a considerable amount of nutritional benefits. Some people – especially parents – find themselves worried about food allergies. Though existing peanut allergies should of course be taken seriously, they are not something that most people need to be afraid of and the benefits of eating peanuts and peanut products are far greater than the very small risk of it.

Eating peanuts and peanut products such as real peanut butter are a great way to get essential vitamins and nutrients such as protein as well as zinc and potassium. Peanuts are delicious too, and very versatile. In fact, peanut oil can be used for hair care as well as for cooking, and can be kept for as long as six months is stored correctly and taken care of. Peanut health benefits are vast, and the risk of developing a peanut allergy is very minor, even though peanuts are one of the top allergens in the United States. Raw peanuts and roasted peanuts alike have a number of benefits with their consumption – including their delicious taste.
